- While the phone number remains the same, you will notice a new voice guiding you through the options.
- Our menu options are being updated to help you connect with the right specialist to meet your needs. Below is a sneak peek of the new menu options.
New Menu Options:
- Option 1: Personal Banking – Get in touch with a specialist to discuss your personal banking needs.
- Option 2: Business Banking – Select this option if you are looking to discuss your business needs with us.
- Option 3: Phone Banking – This option is available 24/7 to check your account balances, verify the dates and amounts of recent transactions, make transfers and more. You can also dial directly to Phone Banking by calling 800.864.BANK
- Option 4: Card Activation or PIN Change – This option is available 24/7 to activate your new debit card or change your pin.
