Michael Lindgren, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, says that nationally, commercial real estate is at a riskier part of the economic cycle. But considering Boston's more resilient factors, competition hasn't subsided at all and adds that the market is competitive within the banking and investor sectors.
