Dean Christensen

VP, Treasury Management Consultant

Dean Christensen is a Vice President and Corporate Banking Treasury Management Consultant at CSB. In his current role, he provides customized Treasury Management Solutions for a diversified portfolio of corporate banking clients in Massachusetts.

Dean has over 25 years of professional experience in the banking and financial services industry. Dean is a graduate from Curry College, where he received a B.A. in Communications with minor degrees in Business and Psychology. He also earned a MSM in Business Management from Lesley University School of Management. Dean is a board member of the Greater Boston YMCA and has held FINRA Securities Licenses 7 and 66.

Donavan Skepple

Treasury Sales Management Analyst, Officer

Donavan Skepple is a Treasury Sales Management Analyst, Officer at CSB. He directly assists the Treasury Management Consultant Team with delivering Treasury Management Solutions with white glove service.

He brings with him years of experience working in spaces where financial technology meets banking and is a trailblazer working in the first Fintech Bank. His experience includes years working in the sales and implementation of Treasury Management products, as well as overseeing deposit account opening for commercial clients. Donavan graduated with honors from Suffolk University Cum Laude with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising as well as holds certifications in Paralegal Studies and Treasury Management from Boston University and the University of Dallas, respectively.

Hayley R. Simmons

Treasury Deposit Analyst

Hayley R. Simmons is a Treasury Deposit Analyst at CSB. In her current role, she assists clients in opening new deposit accounts, completing compliance paperwork, and facilitating their transition to Treasury Implementation.

Hayley has been in banking for several years and has branch leadership, wire room, and deposit account experience. She attended St. Lawrence University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual degree in English Literature and Business.

Kevin Hem

VP, Treasury Management Implementation & Training Manager

Kevin Hem is a Vice President and Treasury Management Implementation & Training Manager at CSB. In his current role, Kevin manages the Onboarding Team. Under his leadership, his team implements and provides training for our treasury service products for a diversified portfolio of corporate banking and small business clients.

Kevin has over 20 years of professional experience in the banking and financial services industry.

Laura Payne

VP, Treasury Management Consultant

Laura Payne is a Vice President and Treasury Management Consultant at CSB. In her current role, she provides treasury management solutions, deposit account structure and liquidity solutions to a diversified portfolio of Commercial Real Estate, C&I and Asset Based Lending clients.

Laura has over 20 years of treasury management experience, working in large, medium, and small banks across all aspects of commercial and government sector clients. Laura holds a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and an M.B.A from Simmons College Graduate School of Management.

Scott Thornton

Treasury Management Implementation & Training Officer

Scott Thornton is an Implementation & Training Officer in the Treasury Management group at CSB. In his current role, he implements all treasury management products and trains our clients for both the commercial and small business divisions.

Scott has been with CSB for 8+ years including 2 ½ years servicing commercial clients. He attended both Endicott College and Salem State University studying Graphic Design.
