Stephen A. Leonard

SVP, Head of Corporate Banking

As a seasoned banker, Steve knows what customers are looking for in their relationship with Cambridge Savings Bank. Steve oversees the growth of CSB’s Commercial and Industrial Lending, including Asset-Based Lending. His goal is simple; to make CSB the community bank of choice for small and mid-sized companies.

With more than 35 years in finance, Steve calls upon a wealth of experience building relationships and developing commercial business in the middle market. Steve and his team of 14 Commercial Lenders oversee $1.4 billion in commitments to companies largely based in New England. Previously, he held key positions at places like Bank of America, Eastern Bank, State Street Bank, and Mass Development Boston.

Rob Kershaw is a Senior Vice President and Corporate Banking Team Leader at Cambridge Savings Bank. In his current role, he manages a team of five experienced Commercial Bankers as well as providing customized financial solutions for a diversified portfolio of corporate banking clients in Massachusetts.

Rob has over 25 years of professional experience in the banking and financial services industry at Cambridge Savings Bank, Rockland Trust, Boston Private Bank & Trust Company and Eastern Bank.

Adam Bispham is a Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager at Cambridge Savings Bank. In his role, Adam provides creative lending solutions to a diverse group of for profit and nonprofit organizations throughout New England.

Adam has over 10 years of banking and financial services experience, which he utilizes to assist clients with achieving their financial goals and missions. Adam earned a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA from Rivier University.

Barbara Crystal

SVP, Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

Barbara Crystal, Senior Vice President in the Corporate Banking Division, has been a lender for over 30 years. Her expertise in commercial concerns includes health care, human services, the arts, manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Previous employers include: Eastern Bank, Fleet, Bank of America, Central Fidelity Bank (Virginia) and Chemical Bank.

Barbara earned a B.A. in History at the University of Rochester. Immediately after graduation, Ms. Crystal moved to New York City as a member of the 12-month Chemical Bank Credit Training Program. She subsequently completed the two-part Corporate Lending program at the Darden School at UVA.

Kevin Burke is a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Banking Group at Cambridge Savings Bank. In his role, he manages new business actively where he advocates for existing and new clients for credit requests. He obtains a thorough understanding of their business & finance needs as well as the potential for their future growth capital requirements. He is experienced in financing directly with businesses, or through ESOP transactions or providing the senior debt via a PE or family office acquisition or transaction.

With over 25 years of professional experience in the banking and financial services industry in the greater Boston area, the last seven with Cambridge Savings Bank. He previously worked at Boston Private Bank & Trust Company and Citizens Bank.

Brendan Kennedy is a Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at Cambridge Savings Bank. For 6 years, Brendan has built a diverse and active portfolio of New England Based clients by providing focused financing solutions to meet his Borrower’s borrowing needs in both the near and longer term.

Having started his Banking career after graduating from Brown University, Brendan focused his efforts on middle market businesses having spent time at both Bank of America and Eastern Bank where he started his career in 2000.

Brian Annese is a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Banking Group at Cambridge Savings Bank where he provides banking services to middle market companies throughout New England. Brian has over 30 years of professional experience as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, CFO at Venture Capital firm Commonwealth Capital Ventures and as a Corporate Lender, Team Leader and Market Manager at Fleet Bank, Needham Bank and Santander Bank.

He is a graduate of Boston College, Babson College (MBA) and is a Certified Public Accountant (License dormant).

Javier Bellini is a Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager at Cambridge Savings Bank. In his role, Javier partners with local organizations to provide individual financing solutions necessary for their continued success. Prior to joining CSB, Javier worked in retail banking, commercial corporate credit and more recently in Commercial Lending at a Boston-based regional bank.

Javier received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem State University and is currently attending ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. In his free time, Javier volunteers on local nonprofits boards for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston/Chelsea and Somerville Community Corp supporting their youth development and affordable housing efforts.

Jessica holds a B.A. in Business Management from Emmanuel College and has over 20 years of professional experience in the banking and financial services industry, all of which has been with CSB.
