Bringing a wealth of expertise in banking, Mike is dedicated to understanding and exceeding the expectations of Cambridge Savings Bank’s customers.

As Chief Credit Officer, Mike plays a pivotal role in shaping the Bank’s credit strategy and ensuring robust risk management practices. He focuses on optimizing credit operations, overseeing the enhancement of lending practices across various sectors, including commercial and small business financing. His objective is clear; to fortify Cambridge Savings Bank’s position as the premier financial partner for our business customers.

Mike grew up in the Philadelphia area, where he attended Rowan University in the evenings, attaining his Bachelor of Arts in Finance while working full-time for Commerce Bank (now TD Bank). He has over 20 years of professional experience in the banking and financial services industry, including roles at Cambridge Savings Bank, Rockland Trust, The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, and Equity Bank (now BB&T). He serves as the treasurer for Just a Start Corporation in Cambridge, MA, is a Capstone advisor at the Stonier Banking School, and speaks nationally on renewable energy financing.

Mike now resides in Arlington, MA with his wife and daughter. He enjoys traveling, golfing, and finding new adventures with his family.
