Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

With 28 years of experience in human resources and talent development, Linda is outstanding at attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in the financial industry. Linda joined CSB in 2016 and provides leadership and vision as a strategic business partner. Her implementation of enterprise core values has had a tremendously positive impact on the culture of the Bank. One of Linda's key areas of focus is creating a Best Places to Work culture at CSB. In addition, she is an executive sponsor of the bank's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE & I) Council.

As a life-long Boston-area resident, Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree from local Stonehill College. Prior to CSB, Linda held various HR positions at Putnam Investments for 21 years, Old Mutual US, and State Street Corporation. Linda resides in Woburn, MA.
