Ian knows that growing commercial real estate business requires strong personal relationships because he understands how powerful word-of-mouth referrals can be.
For more than 25 years, Ian has leveraged a client-centric approach to close over $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions. His extensive experience gained from institutions such as TD Bank, Emigrant Bank, and American Property Finance (APF) make him an invaluable asset.
Ian holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he also played Lacrosse. Beyond his academic achievements, Ian remains deeply engaged in various organizations, including the Real Estate Finance Association, The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Urban Land Institute, and Real Estate Lenders Association. Ian is a member of the Presidents Circle at the Dana Farber, sits on the financial advisory committee at the Winchendon School, and is a Friend of Hebrew Senior Life. At CSB, Ian serves as an executive sponsor to the banks Black Employee Network Resource Group (BEN).
Originally from Newton, MA, Ian currently resides in Holliston, MA with his wife and daughter where he enjoys traveling, skiing, and golfing in his free time.
