Senior Vice President, Head of Finance and Accounting

With nearly 16 years of progressive experience working in the banking and accounting fields, Dan oversees the accounting, treasury, and profitability teams. Dan joined CSB in 2022 and is a leader of the Asset Liability Committee and a member of the Allowance for Credit Loss Committee. He balances the financial performance with the business strategy and acts as a sounding board, and strong partner to the business to drive strategy and tactics that balance growth, financial evaluation, and customer experience strategies through a finance lens. Prior to Cambridge Savings Bank, he worked as Controller at HarborOne Bank and at Envision Bank.

Before his work in the banking industry, Dan worked in public accounting as an auditor specializing in commercial real estate, non-profits, and other businesses. Dan is currently a board member of Veterans Legal Services, an organization that partners with veterans' services organizations throughout Massachusetts providing legal aid with a focus on homelessness prevention, access to financial and medical benefits, appealing discharge orders, and promoting healthy family relationships.

Dan received his undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Western New England University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently resides in Quincy, MA.
