Senior Vice President, Head of Operations and Service

Carlos Osornio, CSB’s Head of Operations and Service, is passionate about driving operational excellence through a client-centric approach, emphasizing efficiency, scalability, quality, risk management, and talent development.

In his role, Carlos is responsible for leading critical areas of the bank including deposit operations, loan operations, payment services, treasury management operations, treasury management product and service implementation, business process improvement, and enterprise client service delivery.

Carlos has over 20 years of professional experience in the banking and financial services industry at Towne Bank, Santander Bank, Northpage Inc., ABN Amro, and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Carlos earned his BS in Communications and MBA from the University of Phoenix. Carlos currently serves as a mentor for the Greater Norfolk Corporation Mentor Program and is looking forward to once again being a judge for the Boston Debate League.
