Senior Vice President, Head of Consumer and Small Business Banking

Angela Conti is a seasoned banking professional with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in product management and marketing. Known for her ability to blend human insights with data analytics, Angela has developed breakthrough growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, usage, and loyalty.

Prior to her current role, Angela led Deposits and Retail Payments at USAA Federal Savings Bank, where she spearheaded member-centered strategies to attract, engage, and support the financial well-being of the military community and their families. Before joining USAA, Angela held key leadership positions at TD Bank, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Bank of America.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is also a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School (CBA EBS), where she earned the Tem Wooldridge top student award. Angela is currently a CBA EBS faculty leader, dedicated to educating and developing top banking talent across the industry. In 2020, she was honored as one of American Banker's Most Influential Women in Payments.

Angela and her husband, Jason, are proud parents of five children and two dogs. In her free time, Angela enjoys painting, sculpting, and crafting.
