CSB is upgrading the mobile app to improve your user experience through an updated user interface. Benefits to the new app include:

• Biometric Login (Face ID/Touch ID)
• Updated Look and Feel
• Improved Mobile Deposit workflow
• Improved overall design to fit your device’s screen including appropriate column widths and reduced scroll lengths.

You will receive multiple e-mail communications announcing the update per the schedule below. Please share these communications with appropriate members of your team.

The upgrade will be pushed to your mobile device via an update to the existing app. On the release date, if your device is set to update applications automatically, your existing CSB Business Mobile Banking App will automatically update to the new version. If your device is configured differently, you will be prompted to update when you access the current version of the app. You will not be able to use the old app once the new app is available.

Our Contact Center and our Business Client Service team along with your Bank Representative will be available for any questions you might have.

We have developed a variety of instruction guides on the new app that you can access through our Resource Center in advance of the update.

Yes, you will be able to use the same login credentials to access the updated Business Mobile App. You will have the option to enable biometric login (Face ID/Touch ID) at that time.

There are a few differences between the current app and the upgraded one as outlined below:

• The updated app is named CSB Business Mobile Banking in the App Store and has been branded as CSB BIZ

• Biometric Login is now available. You will have the option to set up this functionality when you login.
• The updated app has been developed to fit your specific mobile device’s configurations, either IOS or Android. Therefore, you will see some differences from your current app which was made to resemble a desktop experience rather than mobile. Some of these differences are listed below.
  • Account Transfers past activity will no longer be displayed in the account transfer screen. For previous transfer activity, you can review your account activity in the app. For further details, refer to the account summary section of our Mobile Banking Reference Guide or our Now & Then Reference Guide.
  • Previous Payments (ACH/Wires) activity will no longer be displayed in the Payment Approval screen. For payment history you can review your account activity in the app. Further details refer to the account summary section of our Mobile Banking Reference Guide or our Now & Then Reference Guide.
  • Filters, sorting, and other navigation features will be different in the upgraded app.
  • The updated app displays more details on payment transactions such as addenda information.

The deposit workflow has been updated to allow for a better deposit experience including the ability to correct a deposit that was not initially accepted. You will continue to be able to view 7 days of deposit activity within the Deposit History section.
