How can I add my card?

Cards can be easily added to Samsung Pay by using your device’s camera to scan in your card’s information, or by manually inputting the card information yourself. Once your card information has been accepted, please call the number on the screen to activate your card for Samsung Pay.

How many cards can I add into Samsung Pay?

A total of 10 payment cards can be added to Samsung Pay. These include credit cards, debit cards, and private-label credit cards (store credit cards). There is no limit to the number of gift cards that can be added to Samsung Pay.

Can I add the same card to more than one device using Samsung Pay?

Yes, it can be loaded to multiple devices.

How long will it take for my card to activate after adding it to Samsung Pay?

The average amount of time it takes before your card is fully active for use after being added and verified could vary slightly, but should not take more than a few minutes. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at 888.418.5626 for assistance. Do not try to enter the same card multiple times.

Can I use Wi-Fi to add my card in Samsung Pay?

Yes, as long as you have an active connection to the internet. However, if you are attempting to add a new card while outside the country you may have difficulty unless your device has a SIM card installed and an active cellular connection due to security precautions.
