Trip's strength lies in his communication skills. He saw us through a series of complicated transactions process which involved a family sale and an out of state purchase for a job relocation. The whole process took more than 3 months. He was unfailingly responsive and his team was always pleasant and competent. While our real estate transaction was certainly stressful, Trip was a problem solver, anticipating underwriter's questions and staying focused on the big picture. He also stayed in touch with our broker, which helped enormously.

We've worked with Trip twice and both experiences were about as painless as Boston real estate can be. Our second time involved a waived contingency, so needless to say stress levels were high. Trip went out of his way to keep us informed every step of the way and ultimately helped us secure financing at a much lower interest rate than expected. Wouldn't work with anyone else!
