Fully Insured Deposits. At Cambridge Savings Bank, deposits are fully insured. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insures customer deposit accounts up to $100,000. Traditional IRA and Roth IRA deposits are insured up to $250,000 by the FDIC. All deposits above these amounts are insured in full by the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF). This combination of FDIC and DIF insurance provides CSB customers with full deposit insurance on all their deposit accounts. No depositor has ever lost a penny in a bank insured by both the FDIC and the DIF.
